ASSYST is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to support our client in Tallahassee, Florida.
Location: Tallahassee, Florida
Job Type: Contract (Corp to Corp/C2C or 1099)
Position: Onsite, No Remote Work Allowed.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary ServiceNow System Administrator ensuring platform usage and development aligns with industry best practices.
- Configure, customize, manage, and support ServiceNow applications, including workflows and new feature implementations.
- Maintain the health and performance of the ServiceNow platform, including Discovery and CMDB modules.
- Support ServiceNow Employee Center, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and custom widgets.
- Provide technical end-user support and perform other systems administration tasks as required.
- Work closely with project teams to serve as a key technical liaison.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- 4+ years as a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
- 3+ years as a Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementer.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server, CMDB, HAM/SAM, and Service Mapping.
- Proficient in Glide Ajax scripting, Flow Design, and Integration Hub.
- Bachelor s degree in CS/IS or equivalent 5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills
- Valid ServiceNow certifications: System Administrator, Application Developer.
- Working knowledge of ITIL, ITOM, SPM, Governance Risk and Compliance, and Performance Analytics.
- Experience managing multi-agency environments within the same ServiceNow instance.
- Background in Windows Server administration.
- Strong problem-solving and presentation/communication skills.
