Description:
Join a high-impact team responsible for end-to-end DevSecOps of four enterprise-grade applications that support critical 24x7 operations. As an SDET, you'll play a key role in shaping quality engineering practices, building scalable test automation frameworks, and collaborating closely with engineers to ensure platform reliability and performance.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement robust, maintainable test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Zercde, and Postman.
- Translate complex requirements and user stories into effective test strategies and automated test cases.
- Debug distributed systems, analyze logs and performance metrics, and proactively identify issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality early in the development lifecycle (shift-left testing).
- Own test planning, execution, and reporting within your Agile scrum team.
- Contribute to product design reviews with a focus on testability and quality.
- Continuously improve automation practices and advocate for engineering excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, Zercde, Postman, and Azure.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles.
- Experience debugging complex systems and analyzing performance data.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for quality, automation, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale, mission-critical systems with 24x7 uptime.
- Familiarity with supply chain, eCommerce, or retail platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
