JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Skills:

  • Design and develop Workday Extend applications to meet evolving business needs.
  • 7–10 years of experience working with Workday Development, Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio, and PECI.
  • Collaborate with functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to understand requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
  • Develop and support Workday configuration, integrations, and reporting.
  • Maintain and enhance Workday security configurations in coordination with IT policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom Workday applications or integrations.
  • Participate in Workday release management, regression testing, and tenant management.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, configuration, and support guides.
  • Stay up to date with Workday product updates, particularly Workday Extend and other platform services.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers or analysts as needed.

 

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
