Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Health Cloud features and data models.

Design and build OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures.

Build modern user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and maintain legacy functionality.

Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Test Classes following best practices.

Work with Service Cloud features such as Cases, CTI, Knowledge, and Service Console.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Procedures, and Platform Events.

Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA experience is a plus).

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical designs.

Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support deployment activities.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, IPs).

Working experience in Salesforce Health Cloud configuration and customization.

Proficiency in LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Lightning stack.

Good understanding of Service Cloud capabilities—Case Management, Flows, Console apps.

Solid knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Governor Limits, and Security Model.

Experience with API Integrations and batch processes.

Ability to write scalable, reusable code and robust test coverage.

Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD tools (Copado, Git) is a plus.
