? What You'll Do
- Travel to medical institutions to install, maintain, and troubleshoot patient simulators.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and educators.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure simulator reliability.
- Participate in a 13-week paid training program (classroom + field shadowing, travel required).
?? Travel Details
- Monday-Friday travel required (home most nights, weekends off).
- Travel includes driving up to 5 hours or flying for longer distances.
- All travel expenses covered: hotel, airfare, mileage (after 30 miles), and $65/day food credit.
- Automatically paid for 5 hours minimum per day, or 8 hours if over 5.5 hours worked.
- Paid from the second hour of travel onward.
? What You Bring
- Excellent customer service skills - this is the #1 hiring factor.
- Basic IT knowledge (CompTIA A+ level preferred, but not required).
- Familiarity with Windows 10 and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, IP addressing).
- A flexible schedule and willingness to travel.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to complete an IKM assessment (similar to CompTIA A+).
Bonus Points For:
- Electronics aptitude or hands-on technical experience.
- entry level candidates or career changers looking to break into IT.
