JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary:
The SAP Training Lead is responsible for designing, developing and deploying the training approach for a greenfield SAP program. This role ensures end users are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively use SAP systems, aligning training efforts with business goals and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the overall SAP training approach and plan across multiple modules including R2R, OTC, P2P and DTS.
Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with functional leads and business stakeholders.
Design and deliver training materials, including eLearning, instructor-led sessions, job aids, and quick reference guides.
Coordinate and oversee Train-the-Trainer programs and end-user training sessions.
Manage training logistics including scheduling, facilities, tools, and communications.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training support.
Collaborate with Change Management and Communications teams to ensure alignment.
Maintain documentation and ensure updates post go-live for ongoing training needs.
Support hypercare and stabilization phases with targeted training interventions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Education, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience in SAP training or ERP training leadership roles.
Proven experience with SAP implementations or rollouts.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
SAP EnableNow experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
SAP certification or formal training in specific modules / EnableNow.
Experience in multi-site SAP deployments.
Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
WalkMe experience
Managing and/or working with Offshore development teams
Location:
Hybrid. Mostly remote. Location preferred in Houston, Chicago is second option.
Must be able to travel periodically to Houston TX and Marango IL near training timeframe (May 2026, and September 2026).
