Job Description:
Skillset: Agiloft experience, CLM Domain (Contract Life cycle management)
Good to have: MuleSoft, scrum master skills
- Senior resource with at least 8+ yrs of experience in CLM domain.
- Solid understanding of contract management, workflow automation and document management processes
- Should have developer experience (designing, customizing, solutioning) in any of CLM tools Agiloft.
- Work closely with business analysts, legal stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
- Experience in integrations with third party tools via REST APIs
- Should be able to drive the transformation from Legacy CLM to new CLM product Agiloft
- Good communication skill, self-driven, proactive.
