Position Overview:
Hiring a Technical Lead to support company’s business systems executing technical solutions surrounding Microsoft Azure, Business Central and Power BI.
Location: 4 days in office (Tampa, FL), 1 day remote
Must-Haves:
8 or more recent years of experience with all of the following:

Must-Haves:
8 or more recent years of experience with all of the following:
- Microsoft Business Central (ERP)
- Microsoft Azure and Cloud Infrastructure
- Power BI development and data visualization
- SaaS platforms (CRM, PLM, SCM, Finance)
- System testing, deployment, and change management
- Minimum 4 years in an IT Lead or Systems Lead role
- Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, OpenAI, etc) and their appropriate use in business operations.
- Test for proposed system changes and provide recommendations for future purchases or builds.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions across Azure, Business Central, Power BI, PLM, CRM, and other SaaS tools.
- Own deployment of integrations and configurations directly in Business Central, Azure, and Power BI.
- Technical liaison to third-party vendors, ensuring specs are accurate, tested, and aligned with business needs.
- Integration success between business systems (ERP, CRM, PLM), confirming data flows and troubleshooting interface issues.
- Troubleshooting/Triage support
- Vendor Management
