This role will help shape and articulate key strategic priorities for the CMO and leadership team. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Framing & Narrative Development
    • Develop strategic narratives, executive briefs, frameworks, and structured storylines that simplify complex topics and support decision-making.
    • Synthesize market, competitive, customer, and product insights into clear strategic perspectives and options.
    • Produce high-quality materials that clarify thinking and guide leadership discussion.
  • Marketing Strategy Support
    • Partner with Marketing leadership to clarify strategic priorities across portfolio, audience, and go-to-market initiatives.
    • Support the framing of long-term marketing direction, including positioning, value propositions, and strategic priorities.
  • Business & Market Analysis
    • Analyze trends, performance signals, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform CMO-level conversations.
    • Translate analysis into insights, strategic implications, and structured recommendations.
  • Strategic Planning Support
    • Support the Chief of Staff and CMO in preparing for strategic planning discussions.
    • Shape the strategic backbone of strategic discussions.
    • Create materials that support alignment across leadership and accelerate decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 8 12 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, chief of staff, or similar fields.
  • Experience structuring complex problems and developing clear frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills concise, structured, and executive-ready.
  • Strong analytical capabilities across qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Experience working with senior executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be in a commutable distance to the Milpitas office.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced training preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Marketing, GTM strategy, product marketing, competitive analysis, or portfolio strategy experience.
  • Background in strategy consulting (Big 4, MBB, or equivalent).
  • Strong visual communication and storytelling capability.
