Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Teamcenter in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Teamcenter application, database, and infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Teamcenter.
- Apply software patches, upgrades, and custom deployments in coordination with development and engineering teams.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripts or DevOps tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins).
- Ensure proper backup and disaster recovery strategies are in place.
- Work closely with developers, system architects, and end users to implement enhancements or resolve system-related issues.
- Maintain documentation for architecture, configuration, and procedures.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience administering Teamcenter in enterprise environments.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with Teamcenter modules (e.g., TcRA, AWC, BMIDE, SOA, ITK).
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows server environments.
Proficient in scripting (Shell, Python, or PowerShell) and configuration management tools.
Knowledge of databases (Oracle, MS SQL) related to Teamcenter.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
