Role: Direct Client - HR Support Analyst (SAP Success Factor and Employee Experience)
Location: Remote (US PST hours)
Job Description
- Supporting in 2 areas
- Success Factors and Employee Central
- Knowing how the systems work, familiarity with HR applications
- Knowing how different users interact with the tooling (managers, IC, approvers, payroll, benefits etc) understanding what the user experience is
- Can help identify items that need to be changed before new app updates, documentation uplift, update and provide content, and help make the most of the technology
- Technical expertise and communication is strong, can communicate to both technical and non-technical people
