Must Haves:
- 3 4 years past Business Analyst (BA) experience.
- Strong Experience in Excel (pivot tables, building own formulas for calculations, costing processes)
- PowerPoint - able to manipulate data and translate data into information
- Word
- Banking/FI Experience/background
- Assertive
- Empathetic - asking the right questions to peel out what the teams are asking for
- Previous PM experience - but maybe they practiced extensively in school or maybe have done that in the past but prefer being a BA
