Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the design vision is implemented effectively.

  • Design intuitive and engaging interfaces with a strong focus on user experience and accessibility.

  • Maintain and improve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

  • Iterate designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.

  • Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles.

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus (not mandatory).
