Guidewire Insurance Software Trainer
Summary
The Guidewire Insurance Software Training Specialist is a role for an experienced, dynamic training professional who will be responsible for administering, organizing, conducting, and evaluating training and educational programs for individual and group-based training on the usage and functionality of Guidewire Software. Training and development may occur in a classroom setting, online, or designed with a variety of learning tools and aids to encourage and sustain individual or team development. The Training Specialist may conduct training needs assessments and work with external and/or internal consultants to develop and deliver training programs.
Responsibilities
- With minimum supervision, develop and implement training and development strategies to train individuals in the functionality and usage of the Guidewire Insurance Software Platform
- Independently develop and deliver training programs.
- Schedule and coordinate training and development activities
- Monitor training expenditures to operate training programs and activities within planned budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Position requires 5 - 8 years of professional experience working with or the Guidewire Insurance Software Package.
- Previous experience creating and presenting software programs in enterprise environments is preferred.
- Applied experience in traditional classroom training, facilitation, and/or public speaking is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written skills.
