Rate: $85 $110 per hour W2

We re seeking a local, experienced Sitecore Developer to support a major financial services client. This role is fully onsite and will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Sitecore solutions within an Agile team.

Role Overview

  • Participate as a core team member across the full product development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to drive delivery velocity in an Agile environment.
  • Collaborate with product owners and developers to build front-end proofs of concept and convert them into production-ready solutions.
  • Support cross-functional team needs and contribute to a knowledge-sharing, community-of-practice culture.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of Sitecore development experience, including hands-on work with Sitecore Experience Platform x/10.x.
  • Azure PaaS deployment and environment experience is required.
  • Strong server-side development skills: Sitecore MVC, layouts/design, API development, C#, .NET.
  • Front-end proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, plus moderate experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Deep knowledge of Sitecore best practices: content publishing, workflows, custom fields, template creation, RSS feeds, media library management, and analytics integrations.
  • Experience troubleshooting and optimizing performance for Sitecore CMS, including SOLR or Azure Search, catching strategies, and search tuning.
  • Hands-on CI/CD automation experience using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to write technical user stories, create technical specifications, and produce component diagrams.
  • Experience conducting functional, non-functional, and A/B testing for CMS applications.
  • Skilled in code review, configuration review, and ensuring adherence to architectural and security standards.
  • Strong multitasking ability and an Agile mindset with a collaborative approach.

  • Sitecore Advanced Solution/Developer Certification
