Skills:
More than 3 years' experience (can be while in school/education):
- Troubleshoots and resolves software issues VBA pertaining to standard economic applications and packages, including providing hot-line support;
- Creates Excel macros for individual users and/or for company-wide use;
- Tests new releases of standard applications and software packages prior to deployment;
- Writes user-oriented tutorials on software, hardware, and applications.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Comprehensive knowledge of the use of personal computer operating systems and utilitiesin an enterprise network environment;
- Familiarity with macroeconomic data concepts and terminology is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
- Must have initiative and ability to work under minimal supervision;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Good problem-solving abilities.
