Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Incident Management and Problem Management projects. You will lead and coordinate technical initiatives that ensure timely resolution of incidents, drive problem resolution processes, and support continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project activities focused on incident and problem lifecycle processes
Coordinate incident response and ensure effective communication across technical teams
Facilitate root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions
Track and report on incident/problem status, trends, and key metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence
Support process improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience managing technical projects involving Incident and Problem Management
Solid understanding of IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work with technical teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
Preferred:
Familiar with root cause analysis techniques and reporting
Experience with service management tools (e.g., ticketing systems)
