Job Details

Position: RPA Developer
Type: W2 Contract

We re looking for a skilled RPA Developer to join our automation team and build innovative, scalable robotic solutions that streamline business operations. If you have hands-on experience with tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, and a passion for process improvement through technology, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using leading automation tools (UiPath, AA, Blue Prism, etc.)
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Create process documentation including PDDs and SDDs
  • Ensure robust exception handling and logging in automation workflows
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations for performance optimization
  • Integrate bots with databases, web services, and enterprise systems
  • Follow RPA best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
  • Work in Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective

Requirement Skills:

  • 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in RPA development
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
  • Strong understanding of business process automation, RPA architecture, and design patterns
  • Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or VBScript
  • Experience working with OCR, AI/ML integrations, and APIs is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • UiPath Advanced Developer or other RPA tool certification preferred
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
