Job Title: SailPoint IAM Architect

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecting and Designing Solutions
   1. Lead the design and architecture of SailPoint IIQ solutions tailored to organizational needs.
   2. Develop scalable, secure, and compliant identity governance frameworks.
   3. Create workflows, policies, and access certifications to streamline identity lifecycle management.
   4. Define best practices for application onboarding, user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control processes.
2. Accelerating Application Onboarding and Planning
   1. Spearhead the onboarding of applications into SailPoint, ensuring rapid and secure integration.
   2. Develop detailed project plans and timelines to accelerate the application integration process.
   3. Identify and resolve technical or operational bottlenecks to meet onboarding goals efficiently.
3. Implementation and Integration Expertise
   1. Provide depth knowledge of implementing and integrating SailPoint solutions for various application types (on-premises, cloud, SaaS).
   2. Configure and deploy connectors for Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, AWS, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
   3. Ensure seamless integration with IAM systems, Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools, and third-party identity providers.
   4. Manage custom rules, scripts (e.g., BeanShell), and APIs to extend SailPoint functionalities as needed.
4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
   1. Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to align SailPoint solutions with organizational objectives.
   2. Collaborate with compliance, HR, and security teams to define and implement policies and standards.
   3. Provide guidance to technical teams, business analysts, and end users for successful adoption of SailPoint features.
   4. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders.
5. Innovation and Optimization
   1. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize existing SailPoint implementations.
   2. Implement innovative IAM solutions leveraging AI/ML features in SailPoint for advanced identity analytics and anomaly detection.
   3. Stay updated on the latest SailPoint product updates, enhancements, and industry trends.
   4. Recommend enhancements to improve system scalability, performance, and security.
