Project Manager (HDIP)

Our client is seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager with a strong background in health informatics and research data initiatives. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful impact at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and research. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams of clinicians, researchers, and data scientists to bring complex health data projects from strategy to execution supporting initiatives that directly influence the future of patient care and data-driven discovery.


  • Location: Remote in Los Angeles, CA
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 60-65/HR
  • No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You ll Do:

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple clinical research and health informatics projects through all phases from planning and execution to reporting and closeout.
Facilitate communication between researchers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and project alignment.
Oversee program compliance with project management standards, fiscal policies, and reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain project documentation, meeting materials, and action items for internal and external committees.
Prepare and deliver detailed project reports, ensuring leadership and partners remain informed and engaged.

What Gets You the Job:

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in healthcare informatics project management.
Strong understanding of healthcare data systems, including EMR and research data capture platforms.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (IRB, HIPAA) and data interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
