Experience Requirements:
8+ years of experience working in a data center or in the field supporting related work
8+ years of experience in network support, LAN/WAN troubleshooting
8+ years of experience in communications routing, transport, and delivery (Wireline, Wireless, and VoIP)
8+ years of experience using documentation tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Word, etc.
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of networking hardware and topologies
Working knowledge of telecommunication cabling standards, with the ability to pull and terminate cabling in a variety of customer environments
Working knowledge of computing systems and hardware
Experience with LEC circuits termination and turn-up
Additional Requirements:
Ability to perform physical work related to the job
Ability to follow detailed job documents and instructions
Must be willing to travel within the client location to meet customer SLA s
Must be willing to work on-call, after hours, and weekends when required
