Workday Senior Consultant/ SME/Architect

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Workday Senior Consultant/ SME/Architect.

Job Title: Workday Senior Consultant/ SME/Architect.

Duration: 6 to 12 Months Contract.

Rate: $80 to $100/hr on w2. (Depending on experience)

Location: CST zone. Remote work. Open to places other than CST. But must be willing to work during CST zone timings.

Project / Scope -

• Looking for a Workday Senior consultant/ SME/ architect that can architect and validate the set-up, design, and configuration of the Workday platform based on best practice
• New implementation of Workday.
• Global - Asia, Europe, USA etc
• Integration with many other 3rd party systems like ADP for payroll, sales commissions
• Automation and streamlining of processes

Skills:

• We are looking for a Workday Senior consultant/ SME/ architect who can review, architect, and validate the set-up, design, and configuration of the WD platform based on best practices.

• 10+ years of Workday HRIS experience.
• At least 2-3 end-to-end full lifecycle GLOBAL Workday implementations.
• Hands-on architecture, design, set-up, and configuration experience.
• Strong HR business acumen. This position reports to HR.

• Solid experience in integration of ADP with WD
