Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations and enhancement projects
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements across departments
- Configure NetSuite modules including Finance, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management
- Design and develop customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteFlow
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals
- Oversee data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Develop and deliver user training, process documentation, and system manuals
- Maintain and support system integrations and troubleshoot technical issues
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of NetSuite techno-functional experience
- 2+ years of project management experience in ERP or business systems
- Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- NetSuite certification and PMP/Agile certification are a plus
