We are seeking an experienced WMS Support Specialist (L1/L2) with strong expertise in HighJump and warehouse operations to support and enhance warehouse systems in a retail/wholesale environment.

< data-start="527" data-end="559">Key Responsibilities:</>

  • Provide L1/L2 support for HighJump WMS systems

  • Design, develop, and maintain Page Editor, Advantage Architect workflows, and SQL Server stored procedures

  • Support and troubleshoot integration with WCS, WES, OMS, and ERP systems via REST/SOAP, messaging/event brokers, and flat files

  • Manage SQL Server, including version upgrades and advanced SQL programming

  • Develop and maintain reports using SSRS

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize system performance

< data-start="1120" data-end="1147">Required Skills:</>

  • 6 9 years of experience in WMS and warehouse systems

  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of HighJump

  • Proficiency in MS SQL, SSRS, C# (or Java)

  • Experience in retail and wholesale warehouse operations

  • Solid understanding of system integration methods and tools
