We are looking for a dynamic Manager of Applications Development to oversee a skilled team in the design, implementation, and support of cutting-edge IT solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive successful project delivery and ensure effective application management. Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality application design and development.
Oversee the full lifecycle of application development projects, from conception to delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure the integration and optimization of existing systems, such as Oracle EBS, with new applications.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
Monitor and resolve technical issues to maintain system functionality and performance.
Drive the adoption of JavaScript frameworks and other technologies to enhance development processes.
Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment of applications.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their application to improve efficiency.
Facilitate communication between IT teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in application development and team management.
Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript programming languages.
Expertise in JavaScript frameworks and their practical application.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and system integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical challenges.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
