Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the design, development, and implementation of a Customer Experience Platform. The role involves enhancing online services, conducting discovery work, gathering business requirements, and supporting the overall outcomes and benefits realization of the initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across business analysis, project outcomes, and a team of business analysts, aligning expertise with agile methodologies for effective collaboration.
• Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements.
• Prepare and advise on business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards to ensure a consistent business analysis practice.
• Foster effective communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of goals and requirements.
• Manage and groom the product backlog based on user needs and prioritization input.
• Serve as the single point of contact for business analysis, agile leadership, and team coordination to minimize communication gaps and promote effective project outcomes.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions on project delivery methodology.
• Lead presentations and demonstrations of solution design and build for consultation groups and stakeholders.
• Create and review user flows and user stories to ensure they align with the overall product vision and consistency across features.
• Support QA, UAT, Architecture, and Technical activities to ensure quality and enterprise standards are met.
• Encourage the improvement of service through agile practices.
• Identify gaps and improvements to enhance process flows and customer experience journeys.
• Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, working closely with the product owner.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Monitor progress, resolve problems, and report regularly to management and stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery, cost-benefit analysis, and prototyping.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Identify dependencies with other teams and manage them to avoid impacting team progress.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and navigate organizational approvals effectively.
• Experience in Agile methodology and ability to educate others.
• Experience facilitating relationships between the Agile team and product owner.
• Experience leading Agile methodology and development teams in self-organization.
• Experience mentoring and coaching teams on removing impediments.
• Experience capturing feedback and documenting sprint reviews to improve team performance.
• Lead business analysis to assess client business problems and document requirements for I&IT solutions.
• Develop strategies, prepare business cases, and conduct feasibility studies for business I&IT initiatives.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.

Required Skills

• Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc.
• 10 years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong business analysis skills, including BRDs and user stories (DevOps).
• Experience working on high-complexity projects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong planning and UAT experience.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Strong documentation experience.
• Experience managing and grooming the product backlog.

• Strong project management and planning background.
