Job Description

Education:
High School Required

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in PC support and deployment.
Minimum 2 years in PC hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Minimum 1 year direct client interaction and customer service.

Technical Skills
Strong Windows OS and software/application installation skills.
Familiar with technical manuals and schematics.
Experienced in profile management and data transfer.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Able to manage tasks with minimal supervision and learn quickly.
Proficient with client tools for executing PC activities.

Job Responsibilities
Support a robust Microsoft-based network (Windows 10/11, Office 365, MS Teams).
Provide basic desktop and networking support (Windows OS, OS errors, IPConfig, AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy).
Expert in PC Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet support (Mac experience a plus).
Perform equipment handling: receive, move, stage, and deploy assets.
Interview clients for pre-deployment asset discovery.
Execute deployment and equipment replacement activities.
Update asset management system post-deployment.
Monitor and report daily activities.
Install and maintain PC hardware/software.
Troubleshoot network and peripheral issues.
Perform data transfer and recovery.
Resolve network communication problems independently.
Handle email administration and asset disposition.
Perform other administrative duties as required.

Work Environment
Onsite work required.
Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance) and 20 lbs individually as needed (at least once a week).
Travel with equipment valued up to $3,000 in personal vehicle for remote refreshes (potentially daily).
Average travel distance: 20 miles.
May be asked to drive a Client vehicle (only if trained, certified, and insured through Client).
