Job Description:
Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr
  • The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps solutions, AWS cloud environments, and Java applications.
  • The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring system performance, and optimizing configurations to adhere to best practices.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and CloudFormation.
  • Expertise in Java programming and frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Apache Struts.
  • Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in DevOps workflows.
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and performance optimization in AWS cloud environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or Java SE Programmer are preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud environments.
  • Experience developing high-quality Java applications that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in DevOps pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and Java code.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps, cloud, and Java solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain DevOps solutions to automate and streamline deployment processes.
  • Architect, implement, and manage AWS cloud environments for scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Develop high-quality Java applications to meet business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps, AWS, and Java solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in DevOps pipelines, AWS infrastructure, and Java code.
  • Monitor system performance, optimize configurations, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Design and implement a centralized data hub serving as a single point of data exchange.
  • Assess, refactor, and modernize legacy application flows for cloud-native and SaaS-based ecosystems.
  • Lead design and implementation of integrations between enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
  • Analyze technical requirements and recommend appropriate tools, platforms, and integration patterns.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define architecture roadmaps and solutions.
  • Establish and enforce best practices and standards for compliance, performance, and security.
  • Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality and timely solution delivery.
  • Conduct architecture risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, trends, and methodologies in data integration, cloud, and enterprise architecture.
  • Produce architectural artifacts, including diagrams, specifications, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills:
