Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Web CMS & DevOps Engineer to join our Digital Experience Platform team. This multifaceted role blends enterprise web content management using OpenText Web CMS (TeamSite), modern full stack development, and cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps engineering.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and automated solutions across the digital content lifecycle from authoring integrations to publishing, delivery, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure web content management solutions using OpenText TeamSite, LiveSite, and related technologies.

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.

Collaborate with developers, infrastructure engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Automate administrative and deployment workflows across CMS and delivery endpoints.

Administer and support Windows-based VMs, DNS, and load balancers (e.g., NGINX).

Lead infrastructure design, server configuration, and platform documentation.

Participate in on-call rotations and provide production support.

Train end-users and create technical documentation.

Contribute across the full SDLC and Agile process.

Manage Git/GitHub, including branching, commits, and code reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
-
Bachelor s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
-
5+ years professional experience in software development, DevOps, or web content management.
-
5+ years experience with OpenText Web CMS (TeamSite) version 16+, OpenDeploy, and LiveSite.

Workflow Modeler, FormsPublisher, SitePublisher
-
OpenDeploy configuration and CSSDK integration
-

Full stack experience with backend (Java, J2EE, Node.js, Python, Spring Boot) and frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js, Svelte).

Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML, and Perl.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Agile SDLC.

Hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.

Windows Server administration and virtualization experience.
-
Familiarity with NGINX, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, and network protocols.
Preferred Skills
-
Familiarity with taxonomy design and content strategy in Web CMS.

Working knowledge of XSLT, SQL, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Exposure to observability tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic.

Awareness of UI/UX, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.

Experience with analytics tagging, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools.

Familiarity with AKS, GKE, or other containerized cloud environments.
