Role: Senior Systems Analyst
Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: Onsite - McLean, VA
Position Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join a fast-paced, collaborative team driving enterprise-level transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, with a strong background in finance or accounting systems. You'll play a key role in modernizing critical platforms, improving data transparency, and supporting Agile delivery across cloud-based environments.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in finance/accounting
Strong communication skills to interface with both business and technical teams
Proficiency in SQL, Jira, and familiarity with metadata tools and data lineage
Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the finance or mortgage industry
Familiarity with accounting systems and subledgers
Advanced degree or certifications (CSM, CBAP, PMP, CSPO)
