Inviting applications for the role of Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant

Location: Remote Canada (EST working hours)

We are in search of a highly proficient Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to enrich our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications.

As a Fusion Finance Functional Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business processes, and provide innovative solutions to meet our clients' financial management needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing Oracle Cloud support on Finance modules like General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management etc.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze As-Is Processes and craft the optimized To-Be Processes
• Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement
• Detailed documentation including Business Requirements Documents, test plans etc.
• Must be able to exercise discretion and judgment with little to no supervision in carrying out daily tasks.
• Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.
• Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Good project & time management skills ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.
• Drive requirement gathering, Fit-Gap, Solution Design, Build, CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover/Go-Live and postproduction support for above applications.
• Perform configuration/Application setup

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.. Proven experience (5+ years) as an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Oracle Fusion certification is a plus.
• Extensive development of Interfaces and Conversions for processing and validating the input data with Oracle Applications Base Tables.
• Good Understanding of Oracle Applications concepts with various modules like AP, GL, AR, CM and FA.
