We re looking for a visionary Wireless Network Architect to own the endtoend strategy and architecture of our Ciscobased wireless and location platform. You will define the roadmap, reference architectures, and operating model for a secure, scalable, and highperforming WiFi estate built on Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Spaces, and Cisco ISE enabling location services, asset tracking, and great user experiences across offices, campuses, and highdensity venues.
Required Qualifications
- 8 12+ years designing and operating large enterprise WiFi with Cisco Catalyst (9800 series, 9100/916x APs) and deep knowledge of 802.11ax/6E, roaming, and RF fundamentals.
- Handson expertise with Cisco ISE (802.1X/EAPTLS, MAB, profiling, posture, SGT/Trustsec) and enterprise segmentation strategies (macro/micro, fabricenabled wireless). Proven delivery of Cisco Spaces (or legacy CMX Spaces migrations): maps, BLE beacons, occupancy analytics, RTLS/asset tracking, and application integrations. Practical experience with Catalyst Center design/operations (templatebased provisioning, SDA/fabricenabled wireless, Assurance).Advanced troubleshooting across RF, client/driver, identity/authN, DHCP/DNS/DHCP Option 43/CapWAP, and app performance. Strong documentation skills (HLD/LLD, MOPs, runbooks) and crossfunctional leadership.

- Published and socialized a global Wireless Reference Architecture and segmentation model. Migrated priority sites to Catalyst 9800 with HA/SSO and standardized RF profiles; enabled Catalyst Center for intentbased changes and assurance. Launched Cisco Spaces with at least one production RTLS/occupancy use case and <5 m median location accuracy (sitedependent). Automated top 5 change workflows (e.g., SSID/SGT updates, AP onboarding, cert/BYOD flow) with measurable reduction in MTTR and change time. Tech Stack You ll Own
