Job Details
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Member Enrollment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and protecting patient health information, handling both inbound and outbound calls to facilitate member enrollment, and providing exceptional service to ensure member satisfaction and accuracy. This position is integral to our operations and requires a high level of confidentiality and expertise. This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
Responsibilities
- Verify and safeguard patient health information with utmost confidentiality.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding member enrollment and inquiries.
- Provide first-call resolution to ensure member satisfaction on every interaction.
- Direct members efficiently, supporting them in understanding and resolving any outstanding requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring all information provided to members is accurate and current.
- Utilize CRM databases to verify member data and complete enrollment processes.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and interactions as per company guidelines in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved cases and pending member grievances to the appropriate departments.
- Work assigned queues and/or cases as directed by call center leadership to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements to stay updated on policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
- Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and data entry.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
- Legal right to work in the location from which you will be operating.
Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
