Job Details
The Agile Champion is a servant-leader responsible for enabling two Scrum teams to effectively deliver value through Agile practices. This role involves coaching the teams on Agile principles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Agile Champion ensures alignment across both teams, supports collaboration with stakeholders, and promotes transparency, accountability, and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for two Scrum teams.
- Shield teams from external interruptions and help resolve blockers.
- Guide teams in Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs and refine priorities.
- Track team performance metrics and promote continuous delivery improvements.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communication.
