Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview
We re looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving qualified leads into our sales funnel. You will be responsible for strategizing, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns primarily on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads as well as building and nurturing targeted email marketing lists for outbound efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Manage audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign budgets.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and grow segmented email marketing lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure lead quality, define MQL criteria, and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Maintain and improve lead nurturing workflows through email automation and segmentation.
- Monitor key campaign KPIs (CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to maximize conversions.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and platform updates.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience running lead generation campaigns, especially in B2B.
- Proven experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
- Strong knowledge of PPC campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Experience with email list building using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, or similar.
- Familiarity with a marketing automation platform (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
- Experience with retargeting, funnel optimization, or cold email outreach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a SaaS, consulting, or tech services company.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, and/or emerging AI technology.
