The Quality Assurance Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all quality-related issues and matters associated with site inspections under the contract. This role is responsible for overseeing and enforcing quality standards across all inspection activities and acting as the liaison between internal teams and CMS on quality-related concerns.

The Quality Assurance Manager is expected to ensure that all site visits and IDTF inspections are conducted at the highest level of quality. This includes, but is not limited to, adherence to established procedures, timeliness of inspections, accuracy and completeness of reports, and a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.

The Quality Assurance Manager shall possess the necessary qualifications and expertise to provide quality control oversight and technical support in alignment with CMS requirements. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact for all Quality Assurance Surveillance Program (QASP) visits, including preparation, coordination, and response to findings or corrective actions.

The Quality Assurance Manager shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience working in a quality control or quality assurance environment, with demonstrated experience in compliance monitoring, process improvement, and performance evaluation within regulated or inspection-driven programs.
