Job Details

We are seeking a talented Python Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an Agile Development Team to deliver scalable and resilient IT products and solutions.
  • Provide operational support with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment with business goals and standards.
  • Conduct documentation, design, and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing timelines to achieve project delivery goals.
  • Work with legacy code to enhance and improve existing systems.

Skills

  • 8+ years of development experience, with a strong focus on Python and Django.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication abilities to effectively share ideas and solutions.
  • Experience with RESTful services and API management.
  • Proficiency in SQL database design and optimization.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with web application frameworks such as Angular and React.
  • Experience with Headless CMS and developing mobile-friendly applications.
  • Knowledge of container management solutions like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes using AWS.
