We are seeking a talented Python Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead an Agile Development Team to deliver scalable and resilient IT products and solutions.
- Provide operational support with a focus on automation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment with business goals and standards.
- Conduct documentation, design, and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing timelines to achieve project delivery goals.
- Work with legacy code to enhance and improve existing systems.
Skills
- 8+ years of development experience, with a strong focus on Python and Django.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively share ideas and solutions.
- Experience with RESTful services and API management.
- Proficiency in SQL database design and optimization.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with web application frameworks such as Angular and React.
- Experience with Headless CMS and developing mobile-friendly applications.
- Knowledge of container management solutions like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD processes using AWS.
