Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Data Analyst to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This position plays a key role in advancing data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will work on large-scale data and analytics initiatives - from data collection and transformation to analysis and visualization - providing actionable insights that drive meaningful business outcomes. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Minnesota.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Data Pipeline Management: Collect, integrate, and perform Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) operations on large volumes of data from multiple internal and external sources to prepare for analysis.
- Data Analysis: Clean, analyze, and interpret datasets using statistical and analytical techniques to support business operations and strategic decisions.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex business questions into effective data solutions.
- Performance Measurement: Track and evaluate the outcomes of implemented recommendations, offering refinements where needed.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure that all data collection, sharing, and analysis practices adhere to organizational policies and standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a data or business analyst role.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of statistical tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI), with an ability to learn additional platforms quickly.
- Experience handling large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Core Competencies:
