Job Details
Job Description:
- Candidate with 6-8 years of experience and worked in a network environment which includes Cisco Routers & switches.
- MDF, IDF and should have exp with UPS installation and cable management.
- CCNA/CCNP; CCIP will be added to Advantage.
- Knowledge on MPLS , BGP, EIGRP, OSPF.
- Ready to work on different technologies.
- Excellent Customer handling skills.
- Problem Management on- Routing, Switching, Firewalls , VPN , Nortel Contivity etc.
- Escalation Handling.
- Customer Handling and Status update.
- Interaction and coordination with Client's Technical teams.
- Root cause Analysis.
- Process definition and design.
- Manage an offshore team.
- Report generation.
