ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following categories (other duties may be assigned):
Test Development and Execution:
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test procedures, test fixtures, and software for high-level server assembly and full rack integration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ensure test coverage for all system components - from sub-assemblies to fully integrated liquid-cooled racks, including: firmware provisioning, hardware burn-in, functional validation, and safety checks (hi-pot testing, thermal cycling, etc.)
Liquid Cooling:
- Integrate and test liquid cooling systems within the server racks, verifying proper installation and function of pumps, cold plates, radiators/chillers, reservoirs, tubing, and fittings
- Set up data acquisition instruments (thermocouples, flow meters, pressure sensors, etc.) to monitor coolant flow, pressure, and temperature during testing, and adjust test parameters to ensure effective thermal management under maximum load
