Description:


Critical functions of meeting that mission include:
Reviewing and verifying the education and qualification of individuals apply for a license or permit to practice
Issuing initial licenses and Post-Graduate Training Certificates
Providing public information regarding licensure upon request.

The functions listed required key staff to ensure that the processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Licensing Administrator will be responsible for processing and reviewing applications. The Licensing Administrator serves as the main point of contact for all inquiries regarding licensure and the process to obtain a license or permit.

Evaluate for completeness and process applicants for licensure, post-graduate training permits, and renewals.

Process Fingerprint cards and background checks. Primary point of contact for client and fingerprinting items.

Primary verbal and written support to the public including in-person and support via telephone or email

Processing incoming and outgoing mail receipts of payment and date stamping all materials.

Provide support preparing, during, and concluding of Board Meetings. Other duties as assigned as related to the position.
