Job#: 3009828 Job Description: What You'll Do- Lead end-to-end design: discovery ? flows ? wireframes ? annotated high-fidelity mockups
- Run research: stakeholder & SME interviews and workshops, moderated user interviews, moderated usability testing and surveys; synthesize insights into actionable direction
- Master complexity: translate rules, edge cases and integrations into simple workflows that advocate for automation opportunities to remove steps and errors
- Partner cross-functionally: with Product, Business, SMEs, Engineering, Users and Compliance
- Contribute to the design system: create and document reusable patterns, states and guidance to raise UI quality and consistency
- Measure and iterate: partner with business and product to define success metrics, test and refine designs
Required Qualifications- 5+ years professional UX experience designing enterprise software with a focus on workflow automation
- Strong qualitative research skills
- Proven IA and Interaction Design chops
- Software proficiency: Figma and digital whiteboard tools like Miro
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems
- Comfortable in Agile environments
- Track record of converting complex requirements into clean, easy to use shipped products
- Collaborative, flexible, low-ego teammate who thrives amid change and ambiguity who's able to context switch with ease
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You're easy to get along with, work well as part of a team and have the ability to take and provide constructive criticism
