Required Skills
- Experience in leading multiple Full Life Cycle implementation of the Oracle Cloud Time and Labor from requirements gathering, design, configuration through go live.
- Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Oracle HCM and Oracle Time and Labor required.
- Manage and mentor offshore resources and drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target.
- Experience of designing solutions that include PaaS, very complex Oracle Time and Labor rules, Oracle Time and Labor integration with Oracle PPM, Payroll, and third-party time entry systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Nice to have:
o Experience of developing Fast Formulas for OTL
o Absence Management implementation experience with US State Sick Leaves
o Implementation experience with Staffing and Health Care industries
