Our client is looking for an on-site IT Analyst in Pennsylvania for the following schedule:
- Wednesday - Thursday 3:00 PM ET- 1:30 AM ET.
- Friday 2:00 PM ET 12:30 AM ET.
- Saturday 12:00 PM ET 10:30 PM ET
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues; escalate as needed.
Proactively monitor systems and perform preventative maintenance.
Document, resolve, and close service tickets within SLAs.
Support and maintain equipment on-site and remotely; move/install printers, monitors, and related devices.
Provide 24/7 on-call support as assigned.
Complete project and change control tasks independently.
Collaborate with team members to identify root causes and create procedures for prevention.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years hands-on IT desktop support in a Windows environment.
1+ year remote desktop support using tools like Splunk, SplashTop, GoToAssist, or RDP.
1+ year printer support (Zebra, Ricoh, HP, Canon, Lexmark).
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work overhead as needed.
Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving with OS, hardware, and software.
Flexible for varied training schedule (first 4 weeks).
100% on-site; ~25% travel; reliable transportation.
Preferred:
2+ years desktop support in a production environment.
Strong communication and customer service focus.
Bachelor s degree + 3+ years hands-on support.
Certifications: MCSE, MCP, A+, Sec+, Network+.
