Job Title: Sales Administrator
Job Type: W2 Contract - 6 months
Location: Telecommute - Lake Oswego, OR
Schedule: M - F 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $ 25 - 28 / hour, DOE
Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Admin plays a key role in supporting business retention by running Level Funded quotes for existing fully insured groups at risk of leaving. This position ensures timely delivery of accurate quoting and sales documents to support Strategic Account Executives.
You will work closely with a team of five Strategic Account Executives. The team culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive, with a strong appreciation for the contributions of support staff.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Run and send Level Funded quotes to existing groups with fully insured coverage.
  • Support Sales Operations Analyst with broker and internal document requests.
  • Retrieve and distribute documents such as Benefit Summaries, Summary of Benefits (Client), and Certificate of Coverage (contracts).
  • Send electronic kits (eKits) to client groups.
  • Order hard-copy materials for customer delivery.
  • Send follow-up data to employers post-installation as new business.
Ideal Candidate Background:
  • Minimum of 1 year in sales support, office administration, or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel in particular).
  • Comfortable learning and navigating new software platforms.

  • Fast learner with the ability to manage multiple platforms and complete tasks quickly.

  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED
