We are seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer/Analyst to join our dynamic team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with diverse stakeholders, drive data-driven decision-making, and contribute to impactful business initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute advanced data analytics projects with strategic impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to complete projects and drive insights.
- Utilize SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, Python, SSIS, and/or Business Objects to extract, mine, and automate data from internal systems.
- Implement Kimball methodology and develop data feeds for enterprise reporting.
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and paginated reports to present business trends.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients by developing tailored reports and data solutions.
- Lead quantitative research projects, from business problem identification to model development and communication of results.
- Analyze financial and operational systems, interpret data, and develop actionable insights for leadership teams.
- Participate in key company initiatives, including product/system development, process improvements, and M& A due diligence.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring and supporting colleagues as needed.
- Maintain strong partnerships with business teams to ensure high utilization of reporting services.
- Present regular updates and analysis to leadership, identifying opportunities for operational enhancements.
Requirements

- Minimum6yearsindatabases,datawarehousing,datamining,oranalytics.
- Atleast3yearsworkingwithSQL,Snowflake,and/orOracle.
- Atleast3yearsusingadvancedquantitativeandanalyticalproblem-solving.
- 2+yearsreportingexperiencewithtoolssuchasPowerBI,SSRS,Sigma,and/orMicroStrategy.
- AdditionalskillswithSSIS,Python,Kafka,andInformerareaplus.
