Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Agile expertise to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will excel in managing end-to-end project life cycles using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and clients in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, creating Agile roadmaps, sprint plans, and backlogs to align with business objectives.
  
• Agile Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming) as a Scrum Master or Agile coach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  
• Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps) to deliver iterative releases, ensuring alignment with client requirements and technical standards.
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on sprint progress, risks, and milestones via tools like Jira or Confluence.
  
• Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks using Agile principles, adapting plans to address blockers and maintain project velocity.
  
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report Agile KPIs (e.g., sprint velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) to optimize team performance and ensure on-time delivery.
  
• Process Improvement: Implement Agile best practices (e.g., Kanban boards, SAFe frameworks) to enhance team efficiency, incorporating feedback from retrospectives.
  
• Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring cost-effective delivery within scope.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master?s or PMP certification a plus).
  
• 7+ years of project management experience in software development, with at least 3 years using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
  
• Proven track record of delivering tech projects (e.g., cloud-based or multi-tenant platforms) in travel, fintech, or similar industries.
  
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Confluence for backlog management and sprint tracking.
  
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse stakeholders, including clients, developers, and product teams.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing projects for travel tech clients (e.g., airlines, agencies) or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Agility certification preferred.
