Role: Technical Project Manager -Alfresco Location: Seattle, WA / St. Louis, MO Type: Fulltime
Job Description
- Project Management Expertise
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end program delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like TFS, Jira or Confluence.
- Expertise in creating project roadmaps, setting milestones, and managing risks/issues.
- Knowledge of Installing, configuring, and maintained Alfresco on Red Hat Linux environments, ensuring smooth operations and upgrades.
- Knowledge of Customized Alfresco Share and Document Explorer, developed tailored components, and implemented custom content models.
- Experience in handling Activiti workflow within Alfresco, streamlining process management
- Experience in Alfresco and knowledge of Designing custom content types and content models in Alfresco, establishing REST endpoints for managing document metadata
- Experience in program or project management, with a focus on content migration tool Alfresco.
- Work with teams to deploy workflows and integrated them into Alfresco and Activiti to meet business process requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize business needs.
- Involve and define Content management discussions ( Alfresco) with Project Teams, Architects and Stake holders
- Prepare and manage Milestone deliverables and status reporting to customer.
- Work with Network , Security, Fit for Use and application Teams to support Alfresco team.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that offer actionable insights.
- Monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting.
- Optimize and automate reporting processes for scalability.
