- Has one person who has never used Sigma is in charge of all the Sigma work so they need someone who has used it. Sr. level
- Wants to see if we can find someone with some additional capabilities around data modeling, data bricks, etc. they don t have to be super deep with this skill set but if they have some of this sprinkled in that would be really helpful .
- Have business user requesting dashboards, and he wants to add a contractor to help accelerate this. This person will be building out dashboards that are 60% ready and available.
- Some backend work.
- They want to start with one Sr. and then once they find that person, they may bring in a mid level.
