Job Details

Responsibilities:
Ensure daily progress of all workflows for transactions related to your programs
Own Coupa and the creation on PR s for a large Data Center team.
Manage all assigned tender events, and related follow-on contract generation
Create and submit Purchase Requests and enter all related information into various procurement tools.
Monitor and manage purchase requisition process using information provided by business owners and suppliers.
Audit internal tools, processes, and transactions to ensure SLA compliance and data integrity

Basic Qualifications
BS/BA from an Accredited University
Strong previous experience with Coupa (procurement tool)
3 years of relevant work experience in a procurement organization
Experience as purchaser, buyer, or other operational role within a procurement organization
Strong data entry skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience procuring IT infrastructure hardware and services
Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or Finance or related
Advanced Excel skills
Working knowledge of any popular procurement tool
Experience with requisitioning, invoice management
